Rust converter ,which looks like a milky fluid liquid, to be applied by brush or spray on surfaces that can not be treated mechanically. It reacts with rust to form a very stable complex organic metal of purple-black colour which adheres strongly to the sheet, protecting against the formation of new rust and constituting an excellent support for the paints that will after be coated over it.
