CERANO DIAMOND COATING is the ultimate protection against harmful effects such as acid rain, bird droppings and UV rays. The COATING is resistant to car washes and chemicals. The application of CERANO DIAMOND COATING provides the coated surfaces with an outstanding hydrophobic property. This enables simplified a n d gentle cleaning of the surfaces to be treated. Dirt, dust, insects and salts can be removed easily. When used correctly, the product provides the surface with a hardness level of 10 H, which prevents fine scratches from occurring on the surfaces. CERANO DIAMOND COATING, with proper maintenance (e.g. hand washing) can last up to 3 years.

Note: It is extremely difficult to remove the coating from the surface once the product has cured. If the product is applied incorrectly, it can only be removed by wet sanding with P2000 / P3000 grit sandpaper. Surface to be treated: CERANO DIAMOND COATING can be used not only on painted car body surfaces, but also on hard plastic parts, headlights, rear lights and wheel rims. Do not use on chrome-coated and unpainted plastic parts.

APPLICATION TIPS

A medium-sized car requires 60 to 90 minutes for the coating. For the best product performance, the temperature and relative humidity values of the application room should be as close as possible to the recommended conditions => +5°C - +30°C/50 % RH. Important: The product may cure faster than expected if the ambient temperature or relative humidity exceeds the recommended intervals or values. When applying CERANO DIAMOND COATING, avoid direct sunlight and only work on cool surfaces. Wash the car completely before applying CERANO DIAMOND COATING. If necessary, use RIWAX Clean Clay or RIWAX Clean Clay Cloth with RX20 to remove any remaining residues. Make sure that there is no remaining contamination before drying the surface with a lint-free microfibre cloth. Expert tip: To improve the adhesion of the coating, the surface must also be degreased with RIWAX Glass Clean. Wear the nitrile safety gloves included in the package before using the product. Place a suede cloth on the sponge surface of the applicator block. Change the suede cloth every 3-4 m2 .

Important: Never work on areas larger than 1 m2 in one working step.
