The 3000 HS420 Series has been specially developed for both automotive and fleet. It is a VOC compliant High Solid Polyurethane mixing system that is suitable for all applications combined with different hardeners. Beside easy application and good coverage, the system has excellent chemical resistance, high gloss and outstanding durability. The VOC-compliant range was developed by our Research & Development laboratory in Lelystad, where production also takes place. Valspar bv is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and stands for excellent quality, good products, reliable distribution and outstanding commercial and technical support. And the efficiency doesn’t stop there! Using carefully selected pigments, De Beer Refinish has limited the number of mixing colours to 16, which has nevertheless resulted in an optimum colour range. Comparisons of VOC MS v’s HS

VOC’s are measured by how many grams/per litre of solvent compared to solid content in a product. Since the introduction of the European Union of VOC directive 2004/42/EC, as of 1st January 2007, manufactures are restricted to selling VOC compliant products to all EU countries. EU guidelines on Single Stage Solid Colour and Clear coats are not to exceed 420g/per ltr VOC ready to use.

Designed as a very labour cost efficient finish, with a light coat followed by a full wet coat without any flash off required. This will greatly improve productivity and reduce down time. Using carefully selected pigments, the 16 mixing colours result in an optimum colour range. Fewer mixing colours means less stock & lower investments for maximum efficiency.
