Sikaflex®-529 Evolution is a modern, isocyanate-free, one-component, silane-modified polymer (STP) based sprayable seam sealer. It cures through atmospheric moisture, forming a durable, flexible, factory-like OEM texture. Designed for professional body shop use, it enables fast and accurate reproduction of original seams, joints and protective structures on vehicle body panels. The product adheres excellently to all common substrates used in automotive repair such as primers, coated metals, bare metals, painted plastics and various plastics.

Application

Sikaflex®-529 Evolution is designed for seam sealing, overlapping joints, OEM-texture reproduction and stone-chip protection on vehicle bodywork. It reliably restores factory-grade appearance and improves resistance against mechanical impacts, road debris and corrosion.

It adheres well to most surfaces used in professional body repair: primers, paint coatings, metals, coated metals, painted plastics and various plastics. It can be sprayed or applied as a bead and smoothed within the skin formation time.
