NOVOL GRAVIT 630 is a versatile polyurethane adhesive sealant for durable sealing of body panels, sheet metal joints and welded seams. It forms a strong, flexible, water-resistant and weather-resistant layer that also provides sound-deadening and vibration-damping properties. Easy application and overcoating after 1–2 hours make it a practical choice for professional body repair and refinishing work.
NOVOL GRAVIT 630 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant
NOVOL GRAVIT 630 is a universal one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant designed for durable sealing of body panel joints, welded seams and structural connections. The product cures by reacting with moisture in the ambient air and forms a strong, flexible protective layer.
GRAVIT 630 works as both an adhesive and a sealant, making it suitable for sheet metal joints, fusion-welded and pressure-welded seams, drains, light housings, body roofs, window glass areas and other automotive body parts.
Once cured, the material creates a flexible, water-resistant and weather-resistant coating. It does not shrink or crack and also provides sound-deadening and vibration-damping properties. It can be applied easily with a hand or pneumatic sealant gun.
Depending on the applied layer thickness, the product can be overcoated after 1–2 hours, making it practical for professional body repair and refinishing workflows.
