NOVOL Structure Topcoat is a fast-drying decorative acrylic coating with very good covering properties. It creates a fine-grained texture that imitates plastic, making it suitable for repair and refinishing work where both surface protection and an original structured appearance are required.

The product can be applied to wood, metal and aluminium surfaces, as well as to old paint coatings and polyester laminates. The coating dries quickly, offers very good hiding power and helps protect the treated surface against fading and weather conditions.

The FAN nozzle provides a more even spray pattern than a standard aerosol nozzle, with application properties similar to a conventional spray gun. This helps achieve controlled and uniform application. Structure Topcoat is especially useful on surfaces where restoring or imitating a factory-like plastic texture is important.

The product is available in black and anthracite colour versions, making it suitable for different repair tasks and surface finishes.

Application instructions

1. Surface preparation: the surface must be clean, dry and degreased.
2. Shaking: shake the can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use.
3. Application: apply the coating in 1–2 even coats.
4. Flash-off between coats: allow 5–10 minutes between coats.
5. Drying: the coating dries in approx. 2 hours at 20 °C.
6. Valve cleaning: after use, turn the can upside down and spray for approx. 5 seconds until the valve is clear.
