Professional 2-component filler primer spray, filled into a SprayMax 2K aerosol can with Impa Equalix 2K HS VOC Filler material. The product is a two-component acrylic filler primer developed for body repair and paint preparation work.
Equalix HS Filler is a high-solid, fast-drying filler primer that is highly suitable for priming steel panels, polyester putty surfaces and old paint coatings. Thanks to its good filling properties, it helps level minor surface imperfections while providing a stable, easily sandable base for further paint layers.
The product can be sanded excellently both dry and wet. During sanding, it produces heavier dust that is less likely to remain airborne, helping to create a cleaner working environment. Its low absorption and good bonding properties help the topcoat form a smooth, glossy and well-adhering finish on the coated surface.
The advantage of the SprayMax 2K can is that a professional two-component primer material can also be used in aerosol form. This is especially practical for smaller repairs, partial surface preparation, spot repairs and jobs where a separate spray gun, mixing cup or compressor is not required.
SprayMax 2K aerosol technology makes it possible to use a professional two-component filler primer in spray form. The separate hardener cartridge inside the can mixes with the base material after activation, allowing it to work as a true 2K system.
The special SprayMax spray technology provides even atomisation, stable pressure and a well-controlled spray pattern. This makes priming repaired surfaces easier, while the 2K filler primer provides better mechanical resistance, better adhesion and a more professional base than standard 1K spray primers.

The 2K filler primer spray can be used as a filling and sealing primer for body repair work. It can be applied to properly prepared steel surfaces, polyester putty surfaces and old, stable paint coatings.
The product is a 2-component filled spray, therefore it must be activated before use. During activation, the contents of the hardener cartridge inside the SprayMax 2K can mix with the Impa Equalix 2K HS VOC Filler primer material.

Important: after activation, the chemical curing process starts inside the can, so the product must be used within 10 hours. It cannot be stored for a longer period once activated.
