Indasa™ Self-Adhesive Sanding Daisy Disc – P2500 – Ø36 mm – MFS Daisy

The Indasa™ MFS Daisy P2000 self-adhesive sanding disc is a precision micro-finishing abrasive designed for local paint and clear coat defect correction. It is especially suitable for removing small surface defects such as dust nibs, minor clear coat imperfections, runs, small scratches, texture irregularities and fine preparation before polishing.

The Ø36 mm size and special Daisy shape allow accurate and controlled sanding in small areas. The shape helps reduce the risk of oversanding, making it useful for targeted spot repair work. The P2000 grit leaves a fine scratch pattern that can be refined and polished back to gloss with the appropriate finishing process.

The self-adhesive Rhynostick backing provides quick and stable attachment to a suitable hand pad. The disc can be used for both wet and dry sanding, making it a flexible solution for automotive refinishing, body repair, spot repair and clear coat finishing applications.

Attach the sanding disc to a clean, correctly sized hand pad holder, then sand the defect with light pressure and controlled movements. When used wet, water helps create a cleaner scratch pattern and reduces the risk of clogging. Depending on the surface condition, the P2000 sanding marks can be refined with a finer abrasive step or removed with the appropriate polishing compound.

On sensitive, fresh or thin clear coat layers, a careful test area is always recommended. The purpose of this product is not aggressive material removal, but accurate local surface correction.
