The 3M™ Trizact™ Hookit™ Foam Abrasive Disc 02085 P3000 is an ultra-fine, soft foam-backed abrasive disc designed to refine 1500- and 2000-grit sanding scratches during paint finishing and detailing. It helps reduce overall finishing time by minimizing the need for aggressive compounding (including heavy wool steps) while delivering a more consistent, controlled result.

Thanks to the patented 3D Trizact™ microreplicated structures, fresh mineral is continually exposed as the disc wears—providing consistent cut, uniform finishing and long abrasive life. These discs are intended to be used damp, offering the anti-loading benefits of wet sanding without the productivity loss that can occur when power sanding on overly wet surfaces.

The foam backing improves control and maintains consistent contact with the surface, making the disc suitable for both machine and hand applications.
