IMPA Vernice Trasparente Pro Spray – Gloss Acrylic Clearcoat

IMPA Vernice Trasparente Pro Spray is a one-component gloss acrylic clearcoat spray developed for automotive refinishing repair, touch-up and maintenance work. The product is based on acrylic resin, dries quickly and forms a transparent, glossy protective layer on the treated surface.

The aerosol format provides a practical solution for smaller repairs, partial clearcoating and applications where quick and simple application is required. The product can be applied in several thin coats, allowing controlled build-up of the desired clearcoat layer.

It should be applied to a properly prepared, dry, clean surface free from contamination. The recommended spraying distance is 25–30 cm, and the recommended dry film thickness is 20–30 μm.

Surface preparation

Before application, the surface to be treated must be dry, clean and free from contamination. For proper adhesion and an attractive final result, the surface must be carefully prepared before clearcoating.

• The surface must be dry and clean.
• Remove dust, grease, silicone and other contaminants.
• Apply only to stable, properly prepared surfaces.
• A test spray is recommended before application.

Application

1. Shaking: shake the can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use.
2. Spraying distance: apply the product from a distance of 25–30 cm.
3. Coat build-up: apply in several thin coats until the desired clearcoat layer is achieved.
4. Recommended film thickness: the recommended dry clearcoat thickness is 20–30 μm.
5. Drying: at 20°C and 65% relative humidity, through-drying takes approx. 6 hours.

Storage

Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and protected from direct sunlight, in the original sealed packaging. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months.
