The ANEST IWATA LPH-80 is a professional gravity-feed LVLP mini spray gun specifically developed for small repairs, spot repair, blending and precision refinishing in difficult-to-reach areas.

Its LVLP – Low Volume Low Pressure – technology delivers extremely fine and uniform atomisation with very low air consumption. The LPH-80 produces a flat and evenly distributed fan pattern, giving the painter excellent control when blending and repairing small areas.

With its compact size, lightweight 205 g gun body and ergonomic design, the LPH-80 is comfortable to use even during extended spraying work. The control knobs are easy to operate for both right- and left-handed users.

The spray gun is available in several nozzle configurations, allowing the appropriate version to be selected according to the coating material and application.

The LPH-80 LVLP system operates with low air volume and low pressure. According to ANEST IWATA, atomisation remains consistent and uniform even at low operating pressures, which is especially valuable when repairing very small areas.

The flat fan pattern distributes the coating evenly, helping the painter achieve controlled basecoat blending and precise clearcoat application on small repair areas.

3M PPS compatibility

The ANEST IWATA LPH-80 can be connected to the 3M PPS paint preparation system using a Type 31 adapter, allowing the PPS disposable cup system to be used instead of the conventional gravity cup.
