How to use the 2K touch-up brush paint product?

Exact instructions vary by color type, so we include a detailed guide in every package!

HOW TO ORDER THE EXACT COLOR?

1. 1. Find the paint code on the information plate in your car. (Not in the registration certificate!) COLOR CODE FINDER
   2. Determine whether it’s acrylic or metallic base color. (Acrylic colors can be made from base, but metallic base cannot be acrylic!)
   3. If you're unsure, take a photo of the information plate.
   4. Enter the paint code and car details in the data field (for Ford, include the VIN)
   5. After filling in the data, click “SAVE”, then add the product to your cart.

If any issues arise or the paint code is unclear, we will contact you for clarification.

HOW TO FILL IN THE INFORMATION?

During checkout, provide the correct color code – this is not the same as the one in your vehicle’s documents!
If you know the RAL or color code, enter it in the “RAL or COLOR CODE” field. After entering the code, make sure to click “Save”, then add the product to your cart. To order more, adjust the quantity next to the cart button.

If uploading a photo, you still need to save the change. You can also write the name of the color in place of the code, e.g. Metallic Green.

IMPORTANT!

Even with the correct factory color code, we cannot always guarantee an exact match, since we don’t have a physical part to adjust against. Previous painting, age, environmental exposure, and the car's manufacturing location and date can all affect color. Please consider these before placing your order.

If you want to reorder a previously purchased and matched color, please take a photo of the handwritten label on the bottle and send it with your order!
