NOVOL PLUS 710 Fibreglass Repair Box
NOVOL PLUS 710 is a professional fibreglass repair box containing polyester resin, hardener and glass fibre mat. The set is designed to produce a rigid laminate with very high mechanical strength, making it suitable for repairing larger material defects, corrosion damage, cracks and damaged surfaces.
PLUS 710 can be used for repairing, reinforcing and stiffening metal, plastic, polyester laminate, wood and aluminium surfaces. Once cured, the laminate can be sanded and covered with polyester putties to achieve a smoother surface ready for further finishing.
The repair box is especially useful for body repair work where surface filling alone is not enough and a stronger, more durable structural repair is required. The resin and glass fibre mat together create a stable, rigid and shapeable repair layer.

- Mixing: mix the resin and hardener thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained.
- Applying the resin: apply the resin with a brush onto the clean, prepared surface.
- Applying the glass fibre mat: place the trimmed glass fibre mat onto the repair area, press it down and saturate it with resin using a brush.
- Layering: depending on the damage, several layers of mat can be applied using the same method.
- Curing: wait approx. 45 minutes at 20°C, or heat the repaired surface for 15 minutes at up to 60°C.
