Before application, clean the surface thoroughly with a silicone remover, then sand with P180-P240 grit sandpaper. Remove sanding dust and contaminants from the surface, then reapply silicone remover for maximum adhesion.
Use a suitable spray gun (HVLP 1.3-1.4 mm) and apply the Fast Surfacer in 2-3 coats, with a maximum thickness of 100-120 μm. Ensure an even application.
Allow the product to dry for 15-20 minutes. The product air dries, but for faster results, infrared drying can be used.
Once the Fast Surfacer has fully dried, apply the desired primer or paint. The product leaves a nice glossy surface that can be easily primed or painted.
