Spectral UNDER 335 is a universal two-component acrylic filler primer designed for everyday automotive refinishing work. It offers good filling properties, easy sanding and user-friendly application, making it a reliable base for spot repairs, medium-sized repair areas and larger surface preparation jobs.

The system can be adapted to different repair processes. Depending on the amount of thinner added, it can be used as a filling version, priming version or wet-on-wet version. This flexibility helps simplify bodyshop operations, as one product can be used in several preparation processes.

Good flow allows the product to create a smooth surface, while easy sanding improves the efficiency of further preparation before topcoat application. Spectral UNDER 335 contains special anti-corrosive additives and is part of the Spectral shades of grey system, available in white, grey and black versions, with intermediate grey shades achievable by mixing.

The white, grey and black versions of Spectral UNDER 335 can be used to create primer shades matched to the topcoat colour. Choosing the correct primer shade may improve coverage and help reduce topcoat consumption.

The fillers or additives must be mixed at the recommended ratio, by weight or by volume, before adding the hardener and thinner.

Plastic parts and additives

• Spectral PLAST 775 elasticity increasing agent: for plastic elements or for increasing coating resistance to stone chipping. Recommended amount: 10–30% of the ready-to-apply primer mixture, correcting the amount of thinner accordingly.
• Spectral PLAST 825 plastic adhesion increasing agent: for improving adhesion on plastic elements, especially PP and PP mixtures. Recommended amount: 30% by volume of Component A.

Storage and shelf life

Store in a dry and cool room, away from sources of fire and heat. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
